I have no intention of lying about where and how I get my sources of inspiration and how I work on references for my comic. I just have a habit of pushing things to see how far it’ll go and how quick people will notice before I come clean. If they figure it out, good for them. If they didn’t, then all is good *shrugs*
I do have a few instances where people do actually notice the similarities and get called out for it, but like I said, I have no intention of lying, and I have no intention of claiming ownership for it. It’s a fancomic, after all, where besides the OCs, I don’t own any of the characters I draw
